Using e-mail

You will need to provide evidence that you have completed the following tasks using e-mail software. It might be necessary for you to use more than one screen shot. It must be VERY clear to the teacher what you are showing them.

Look at the explanation column - you MUST explain about the features you have used.

	Task	Evidence Required	Evidence	Explanation - this must include the features you have used ie HOW did you do what you had to do
1	Locate the e-mail called Customer Details. Save the attachment in a subfolder called Customer Details	Screen dump showing the folder route and the saved file
2	Locate the e-mail Suitable graphics and act on the message	I will print out your e-mail
3	Create client addresses in your address book
4	Forward the e-mail I sent you called Suitable Graphics to the 2 people you created addresses for in task 3 above	Screen dump the evidence that you have FORWARDED this message
